Posted: January 3, 2023

This week the team here at is highlighting Aston Martin Catalytic Converters.

Here is what you need to know about…

Aston Martin Catalytic Converters

Aston Martin was founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford; this brand was owned by Ford, then sold to Private Limited Company ProDrive, then in 2013, signed a deal with  Daimler AG to supply their vehicles with Mercedez engines. They are now one of the top exotic cars in the luxury market.

Because the Ford Motor Company owns Aston Martins, their serial numbers and structure will be very similar. The Aston Martin Catalytic Converters have very similar serial numbers as Ford; the format will be XXXX-XXXXX-XX. i.e. Example: 6G33-5e213-DA

These Catalytic Converters will also have the name Aston Martin stamped on them, which will help you identify them more easily and ensure you have an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Cat.
